top of the morning!

Yesterday morning Hadley slept until EIGHT O'COLCK.
this is big, very big.

hadley's first sleep over!

hadley had her very first sleepover at gramma and poppy's!
she is getting so big and independent.
this time is bittersweet. i loved the months of being so needed by our little girl. shw wouldn't let me leave her with anyone for more than two hours at a time. maybe she knows another little one is coming along.
now i am enjoying the her independence. chris and i enjoyed our evening as a couple at nic and flynn's beautiful wedding.
i can't say hadley left my mind often.

fourteen weeks and definitely showing!
feeling nauseous, tiered, and excited to find out if this little one is a boy or girl in six weeks!

family easter

Hadley was such a doll on Easter this year! We enjoyed a slow-paced Sunday filled with waffles for breakfast, church, a long afternoon nap, and a huge Easter feast with family. Hadley was spoiled by all. Nana and Grandpa gave her a "min mow" that she had spotted from across the mall, and Grama and Poppy gave her a sweet little basket filled with Easter treats, including marshmallows which were a big hit! Bella and Hadley were adorable searching for eggs in the yard. Bella is such a sweet cousin!

Hadley with her basket from us! Bunny ears, bunny pajamas, sidewalk chalk, a pink watering can, and a huge most delicious chocolate bunny from woodhouse chocolates from her dad.

how does your garden grow?

This weekend was lovely! We spent some family time at home depot, the out in the yard. Chris tackled some of the bigger projects while Hadley and I planet flowers in a planter for the front porch.

Such a good little helper!
